The session stands on its own; there is no expectation that you proceed to any further service.
My EPF withdrawal was declined. Can you help me appeal?
Yes — this falls under our Entitlement Recovery Assistance service. Declined or reduced withdrawals are more common than people realise, and many have valid grounds for review. We will look at the reasons given, gather supporting documents, and prepare a considered response to the relevant authority. We keep you informed at each stage in language that is easy to follow.
How long does a recovery case typically take?
It depends on the nature of the matter and how quickly the relevant authority responds. Some cases are resolved within a few months; others involving formal correspondence or additional documentation can take longer. We will give you an honest sense of the timeline after reviewing your specific situation — we do not make commitments we cannot keep.
We have multiple retirement schemes in our household. Can one arrangement cover all of them?
Yes. The Lifetime Retirement Care Arrangement is designed exactly for this — households where both spouses have pension entitlements, or where there are multiple EPF accounts, government pension contributions, and dependants to consider. We coordinate across all schemes and produce a single consolidated file for the household.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All information you share with us is treated with the same professional discretion as any legal engagement. We handle your financial and personal documents carefully and do not share them with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required for your case.
Do I need to bring documents to the first session?
It is helpful to bring whatever you have — EPF statements, pension letters, any correspondence from KWSP or your former employer. But if you do not have everything at hand, do not worry. We can work with what you bring and guide you on what else might be useful to gather later.
